Aurea-Living Harmony



Aurea-Living Harmony is an integrated property development project over an extent of 259arpents (110 H) at Cote d’Or, Highlands. It is strategically located in an emerging growth area at the centre of the island and is well connected to motorways including the new Terre Rouge-Verdun-Trianon highway.

Aurea-Living Harmony has been conceived as a predominantly residential community with high quality neighbourhoods, facilities and amenities within an ecological, harmonious, safe and serene sanctuary. The development has been designed to be a secure, aesthetically appealing and family-oriented community with excellent social, recreational and cultural opportunities.

Aurea-Bois d’Ebene and Aurea-Bois de Chandelle were launched successfully under Phase I of the development project and residential plots offered for sale have been reserved at 100%.

Residential plots in Aurea-Bois de Natte and a number of light industrial plots are currently being offered for reservation under Phase II of Aurea-Living Harmony.

Infrastructure works have started since May 2012 and are due for completion by 2014, unless for reasons beyond our control.

With the forthcoming Phase III of the development which will feature duplexes, triplexes, apartment blocks, a commercial centre and a leisure and wellness centre, Aurea-Living Harmony is destined to become a new and sought-after township of Mauritius
